Arthur Greyhem was at one time the General of the 2nd Battalion of Validus, having grew up in their military academy alongside his closest friends Eldromus Cortlabar and Vandar Rowan under the tutelage of Arman Gill. Legend says he received the Silver Armor of Tantalasia and started a rebellion that removed Validus as the super power of the world, ending the reign of the Dark Emperor with his band of companions that would later be known as 'The Warriors of Light'.

He fought against the armies of his former kin, the Validian Empire, with his newly formed alliance with Cael Vaeili and his sister, Merianna, whom he would eventually father a son, Edgar. Merianna would die in childbirth and he would return to the site of her death to found Greyhem at the beginning of the Fourth Age of Tenamyr.

He founded the capital of Greyhem in the New World and established a dynasty that still rules today. It was discovered that the Greyhem line possesses the pure blood of the First Men, a gift that allows the humans to break free from the blood-bond hold that keeps Grindelwald Maultor in power, bypassing the magic that had kept them bounded since the Great Purge of Validus in 534 BCE.

Legend says that Arthur Greyhem lost his only son, Edgar, during the First Great War, however, his mentor, Arman Gill, hid the boy for years in order to protect the future of the realm and the power that the blood of Arthur holds.

The Greyhem Dynasty comes from the direct lineage of Arthur’s brother, Argyle Greyhem, which ends with the death of King Oswald XIV in 1007 CE with no apparent heirs. It was not until the end of the Second Great War that the reintroduction of Arthur’s line was completed with his half-elven grandson, Wein, the third Omega Knight.
