Biography

Brandon Ordin was born to a half-elf named Ayres Ordin. Ayres was actually the secretive son of Arthur Greyhem, Edgar, who had went in hiding from the Forlorn Society in hopes of protecting his loved ones.

Brandon received his father’s powers on the battlefield during the Battle of Sovereign during the First Osiluthian War upon Edgar’s death at the hands of Malgoraxia the dreaded Fang Dragon. Vowing to find the dragon who killed his father, Brandon scourged the lands of Tenamyr ridding the world of every one of the winged beasts he could find earning him the name Brandon the Dragon Slayer. The only momento he had from his father was the fabled Scarab of Protection, an heirloom from his father’s father, Arthur Greyhem.

He battled the sister of Malgoraxia, Sylthraxas, who had help from the Forlorn Society and they were able to defeat him. Thinking that Brandon was killed in battle they believed they had rid the world of the Omega Knight, their main purpose from Eldromus Blackheart.

Having lost his memory from his encounter with Sylthraxas and the Forlorn Society, Brandon was nursed back to health from a young girl named Holly who lived in the village of Kaharnin on the rivers edge of Sovereign’s southern border. Only being able to sound out his name during his recovery the family that cared for Brandon gave him the name Wein Beranedyn.

His time of peace did not last long as he was ambushed by the Forlorn Society once again who had heard of his return with the Scarab of Protection. The Forlorn Society murdered the entire village and the family that had cared for him in 981. Wein received justice in a battle with them and was found in the wreckage of Kaharnin by Hiro of House Cortlabar, an aristocrat from Sovereign who agreed to take him back to the City of Horses.

Wein, who was assumed to be roughly thirty years old due to his elven heritage, became Knight's Captain of Sovereign United and found a life with the Cortlabars. In 1006 CE Wein had a waking dream in which he was meant to follow his purpose to a crystal tree beneath a church. He traveled to the Shrine of Tantalasia and met Pots Talos, Griswold Stormprey, and the Children of Light. He decided that it was not coincidence that they met and he joined in their fight to uncover the truth of the prophecy and protect the lands from the newly emerged Validian Empire.

Being the direct descendant of Arthur Greyhem, Wein was gifted with the powers of Omega Knight, the last in the Pardoxian blood line to break the accursed bond of  Grindelwald Maultor to the Validian people. He was able to lead the Children of Light against the Validians in the Second Great War and defeat the Dark Emperor.

Following the war Wein became the rightful King of Greyhem and has restored order to the nations, including Validus, making them the sixth country to pledge their allegiance to the Kingdom of Greyhem. He married Caelia Vaeili of the Porthulsti Forest following her journey with the Children of Light.
